Welcome to Our Office!

Whether you are a new patient or a “regular”, we would like to take this opportunity to familiarize you with our practice. We strive to give you the best care possible with our mission of healing mind, body and spirit.

To make the office hours run on time, we ask for your help with our schedule. The appointments are set up in a way that will run smoothly, but to do this we need your cooperation. Please arrive for your appointment no more than 5-10 minutes early. If you are a new patient or have information that has changed (ie: new insurance, new address, etc) try to come 10-15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork. As you can imagine, it is hard to stick to a schedule when some patients come 40 minutes early and others are an hour late. If you come more than 5-10 minutes late, other patients must wait even when they are prompt. If you come for your appointment on a different day than you were scheduled, the only way we can see you is if there is a cancellation and if the schedule is not already running behind. Otherwise, you will be asked to return on the correct date. Most of the problems in waiting for your appointment can be avoided if we all work together!!

We also ask for your cooperation with yearly annual visits. At the time of your annual, we will have you self address a post card “reminder” for your next annual. As soon as the schedule is entered into our computer, the cards for that particular month are mailed out. This means we are actively scheduling for that month. In order to get your appointment when it is due we ask that you call to schedule as soon as you receive your reminder card. We have received many positive comments on the reminder cards, but they only work if you call right away.

At the present time there is a shortage of female gynecologists. For annual exams we alternately schedule between seeing Dr. Rehder and one of her assistants (Bethany, Ann or Amber). They are all Board Certified and your insurance will pay for their services. One year you will see Dr. Rehder and the next year you will see her assistant. This will help in not having to schedule five or six months in advance.

If you forget to call for an appointment and are due for your annual, you have two options: You can schedule with her assistant and we will get you an appointment in a timely manner. If you insist upon seeing Dr. Rehder, you will be given an appointment for whatever month she is booking for. Please Note: Refills on medications will not be given to carry you over until this delayed appointment.
