Linc Facility Services has an immediate opening for an experienced Facilities and Building Systems Engineer in Cranberry Twp, PA. Analyzes, tests, and monitors all mechanical components, equipment, and systems related to facility operations in a high technology company. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to traditional HVAC equipment, energy management, water treatment, and specialized facility support equipment. Develops and implements procedures and operational plans. Regularly involved in operations, application, installation, and/or repair of electrical and mechanical systems and components. May lead and direct the work of others. Job Requirements: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree Requires a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering and 5 8 years of experience in a field applicable to the facility management of a high tech company, particularly mechanical systems and building operations. Must be able to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Required Knowledge: Excellent understanding of Fortune 500 Company operations. Strong understanding of engineering principles, procedures, and standards. Thorough knowledge of current requirements and regulations. Demonstrated ability to develop high level management control programs. Experience related to computer processing of cost and schedule information. Skills & Abilities: Well organized with strong planning and project management skills. Attention to detail. Quality and safety oriented. Able to organize multiple projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Strong problem solving abilities. Strong PC computing skills, including MS Office and engineering software.
