Job: Part Time CSR (Bank Teller)

Fidelity Bank currently has an opening for a Part Time Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller). Current openings exist in the Carnegie Office. The CSR position requires flexibility in scheduling for this 20-25 hour per week role. Qualified candidates will be flexible for work any time between Bank operating hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 7:00pm Friday, and 8:30am – 1:00pm Saturday.

Successful candidates will be able to provide excellent customer service by accurately processing a variety of customer and banking transactions; promote the Bank and it’s products and services by recognizing a customer’s financial needs and referring appropriate products and services to meet the need; perform basic clerical/operational duties necessary to keep the branch running efficiently; understand and comply with branch security procedures; understand and comply with regulations and bank policy as related to the functions of the position.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma required; at least one year of sales, customer service, and cash handling experience required.
