Overview: The Seasonal Holiday Coordinator provides customer service support to the Human Resource office in the areas of holiday hiring. This is an entry-level, temporary seasonal position, which may include evening and weekend hours. Candidates should be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including high volume days such as the day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas. Just in time for the holidays, you will receive an associate discount of up to 20% beginning on your first day at Macy's! Key Accountabilities: Plan and participate in store hiring events. Complete weekly seasonal hiring report. Work with customers and associates to achieve hiring goals. Help to facilitate store's Holiday Fun events and participate in store events to support hiring results. Skills Summary: Previous retail experience preferred, but not required. Strong customer service focus Strong organizational skills as well as an attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication verbal skills.
