Job: Executive Director

IntegraCare, manager of Assisted Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for a Caring, professional and proven leader to manage one of our premier Assisted/Independent Living Communities, The Willows.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Executive Director is responsible for directing and overseeing all day-to-day functions of the residence in accordance with DPW regulations, state and local ordnances and company policies and procedures. Position requires a commitment to the highest degree of quality care, marketing savvy and a genuine care for the well being of residents and staff.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business or a health related field from an accredited university, or an associate’s degree (60 credit hours) from an accredited college/university, or an RN or LPN with one year of work experience in a related field, or a Nursing Home Administrator license. Plus a minimum of four years experience in the health care field, with at least two years experience in an administrator capacity.
