Job: LPN/Assistant Director of Resident Care

IntegraCare, manager of Assisted Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for a professional and caring individual to assist with the management of the resident care department at one of our premier Assisted & Independent Living Communities, The Willows.

**This is a salaried position that covers the hours of 11AM to 7PM**

Duties include: provision of hands-on care, assessment of Residents’ needs, assist with coordination of admissions & discharges, and assist with staffing and accountability for state and local regulations compliance. Assist with the supervision of resident care employees and help to ensure they are knowledgeable of Residents’ rights and assisted living practices.

Qualifications include: graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current PA nursing license, 5 or more years clinical or long-term care experience preferably in a managerial capacity. CPR certification required.
