Jobing Description
Downtown CPA firm is in need of an Executive Assistant in their Tax Department to provide secretarial support. Responsibilities include composing and transcribing business correspondence, expediting workflow, database management and presentation development. Previous like experience in an accounting/tax firm a definite plus. Experience in a legal/tax setting also considered.
Skills / Requirements
Candidate must possess strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills. Familiarity with Access is also desired. Minimum five years secretarial experience required. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a highly professional demeanor, as you will interact with persons of all levels within the organization, industry, and community.
