Job: Residential Treatment Facility Clinical Supervisor

Located on our main campus the Residential Treatment Facility is designed to meet the needs of youth ages 6 to 18 who have a psychiatric diagnosis and cannot be successfully maintained in their environment. Our ultimate goal is to provide an intensive therapeutic healing experience thereby enabling children and their families to live rewarding lives. Holistic counseling needs are addressed with individual, peer group and family counseling. The Clinical Supervisor has oversight of the therapists within the Residential Treatment Facility.

Requirements:
A Master’s degree in the Human Service field is required.
Must have five years experience working with children and families.
Three years experience providing clinical and administrative supervisor is preferred.
Must have good written and verbal skills.
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently.
Must be able to implement treatment programs and management practices.
Must be able to adapt hours to the needs of the position.
Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
