Job: Residential Treatment Facility Unit Supervisor

Located on our main campus the Residential Treatment Facility is designed to meet the needs of youth ages 6 to 18 who have a psychiatric diagnosis and cannot be successfully maintained in their home environment. Our ultimate goal is to provide an intensive therapeutic healing experience thereby enabling children and families to live rewarding lives. The Unit Supervisor has many responsibilities, along with maintaining the safety and overall well being of both clients and staff.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, education or a field in human services and two years experience in a CASSP system program; or a high school diploma and 60 college level semester hours in humanities or human services and three years experience in a CASSP system program.
Must have at least one year supervisory experience in a residential setting.
Must have audio/visual/verbal activity to provide supervision for the clients and to perform essential job functions.
Must have physical dexterity in order to assist in client physical interventions when necessary.
Must possess verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Must have the ability to adjust hours to job requirements.
Must have access to telephone.
Must have the ability to implement agency policies and programming.
Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
