Job: Community Integration Aides/Direct Care - Greene & Fayette County

Callos Medical Staffing is recruiting for Community Integration Aides – Direct Care Support Staff. These positions are Part Time, 10-30 hours per week with a 3-4 hour shift. There are 3 openings in each of the following counties: Greene and Indiana.

The Community Integration Aide assists staff and IRT Home Parents in providing direct care services to children and youth receiving IRT Home Services. They may also perform other tasks as required to expedite or accomplish the work of the IRT Home site e.g., transportation, record maintenance, data gathering and summarizing information, supervision of children during meetings (In-services, Birth Parent groups, etc.)

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain visual and auditory contact with youth and identify safety hazards
2. Implement treatment plan, supervise daily activities, plan recreational activities
3. Provide transportation if needed
4. Maintain written records and gather program data

Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Credentials/License:
High School Diploma, PA Driver’s License, Act 33/34 Clearances, References, Physical, TB and Reliable Transportation

Experience:
1 year experience with children and/or families
