Quality Inspector/Electronics
New Kensington Temporary Perform In-process, Final, Receiving and First article inspections. Provide technical support to Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering Departments. Responsibilities: · Coordinate customer witness tests, escort customers during witness testing · Perform product inspections and collect necessary data for electrical panels, drives and printed circuit boards. · Oversee the analysis and distribution of pareto, trend, and control charts as needed. · Responsible for field trips to customers for the purpose of evaluating quality problems, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive action. · Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: · High School Diploma or equivalent. · Associate Degree in Electronics, preferred. · A minimum of two (2) years manufacturing experience. · A minimum of two (2) years quality experience preferred. · American Society for Quality Certified Quality Technician (ASQ CQT)certification, preferred. · SAP experience, preferred. · Excellent oral and written communications skills. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance. · Excellent time management skills. · Strong organizational and planning skills. · Ability to work overtime and flexible hours. · Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
