Position Title: National Account Executive, Erie, PA
Requisition Number: 187684 Functional Area: Sales - Retail Location: ERIE, PA -Assist in the development and implementation of business and action plans to surpass goals and maximize sales within accounts of responsibility. Maybe Agent or National Retail. - Provide in store, as well as group training sessions on all aspects of initial and ongoing cellular education, AT&T practices and procedures, competitive information and updates, customer assistance regarding service and sales. Prepare and update training materials as needed. - Schedule and maintain frequent contact, via meetings and teleconferences with the Principles and Store Managers, in accordance with Dealer Account Executive standards. Accomplish via participation in monthly managers' meetings, as well as individually scheduled appointments. - Drive activity at the sales level to increase activations while ensuring a goal of 100% customer (account) satisfaction. - Identify deficiency of low or non productive stores, and assist in the development of action plans to increase productivity. Determine and fulfill the need, increased support, training, etc. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and distribute appropriately. - Distribute and educate account and store level personnel of programs and/or promotions initiated either by account or AT&T. Ensure that such programs are displayed according to Principal's (account) direction and agreement. - Provide assistance in stores during peak promotional events, that is key holidays, promotions, special events, grand openings, weekend sales events, etc., in accordance to Account Executive Minimum Performance Standards. - Support Principals and Managers on a regular basis, as outlined in standard, and more often as needs of business dictates or requested by Principal or Manager for sales meetings, manager's meetings, meetings with customers or prospective customers. - Commission reconciliation - Monthly distribution of point of purchase collateral - Complete documentation and record keeping as required by standard - Assist in escalated customer contacts and deactivation control. - Other duties, from time to time as deemed appropriate by ARSM or market manager Skills / Requirements
Strong communication skills. Problem solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
