Position summary:
• Service incoming calls for installations, reconnections, additional outlets, upgrades/downgrades.
• Meets minimum sales levels for all Comcast products as assigned.
• Accurately presents sales offers to assist customers in choosing the best available service to meet their needs.
• Upgrades or downgrades services by understanding the customer needs, and suggesting packages to suit.
• Maintains minimum standards in log-in, availability, monitoring, and performance management.
• Completes all data entry with accuracy.
• Processes surveys for customers when required.
• Participates in all offered sales technique trainings or other company provided trainings.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.




Skills / Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in telephone, internet, or cable sales
• Good telephone etiquette, communication skills, and proper grammar.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quota required
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required, and CSG preferred
• Must be results oriented
• Ability to work overtime, as needed
