ESI facilitates 1 day employee appreciation events for fortune 500 companies, major retailers, hospitals, colleges, government, property management companies, elementary schools, middle schools and high schools.

ESI has been providing discounts for professional sports (baseball, basketball, hockey, football) national restaurant chains, theme parks, world travel and much more. With event coordinating offices throughout the U.S., ESI has become the fastest growing employee appreciation event company in North America.

In March, ESI started the event-coordinating business with just 10 Event Coordinators who were signing 50-100 events and accounts per week. With our reputation and more importantly our results, we now have organically grown our events team and are signing over 3000 events per week.

ESI is looking for 10 new event coordinators to help us with our new and existing clients, as well as spear-head what has proved to be the hottest new division of our firm, with an excessive amount of rapid upward mobility offered to the right candidate.

 



Sales Without Selling
Book & Rebook Events For Local Office
Maintain Relationships/Residual Income
Right Candidate can earn up to $50,000-$100,000 in their first year
 



Responsibilities year 1:
* Generate leads from customer referrals
* Book appointments with various decision makers at all levels
* Book Events in business, government, hospitals, property management

Responsibilities year 2:
* Rebook clients maintain relationships earn residual income
* Replace non producing existing accounts with new accounts
* Liaison with local sales office that will be operating events
* Provide customer service for clients employee’s

Suitable Candidates:
* Account manager from client based businesses
* Anyone with relationships with human resources / property managers
* Great Communication Skills
* A Sports-Minded Individual with an outgoing personality
* Self motivated go-getters
* Great Networking skills
