Jobing Description
We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of customer service experience in an Industrial or Sales Setting. You will need to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Strong computer and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities will include working closely as a team with Sales Representatives, other Sales Assistants and Company Departments, building customer relationships, accurate computer entry of sales and purchase orders, expediting and tracking delivery of product, monitoring and sourcing orders, maintaining all customer service records, problem-solving, and answering numerous telephone calls, emails and faxes.

Skills / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years experience in customer service/sales setting
Must be computer proficient, highly detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Ability to handle inbound calls, process purchase orders, resolve customer problems, and assist Sales Reps
Friendly personality and excellent interpersonal skills a must!
