Job: BPO Review Agent

The Callos Companies is looking for a Broker’s Price Opinion Review Agent.

Duties will include:

Review completed residential BPO’s for accuracy and compliance.

* Review various types of BPO reports by checking for errors and conformance to established guidelines to ensure customer and legal requirements are met.

* Contact brokers for status reports and corrections to ensure broker meets Fannie Mae, customer and company requirements.

* Service customers by providing status reports and pertinent information to ensure customer is up to date on the order process.

* Send completed reports, broker information and invoice to customers via fax or email within established timeframes to ensure customer and company billing requirements are met.

* Maintain proper system documentation by noting file and attaching appropriate information to file to ensure records are accurate and retrievable if necessary.

* Participate in various department meetings to discuss and improve BPO process.
