Job: Restaurant General Manager and Assistant GM

Brooks Hospitality, LLC is the local franchisee for Qdoba Mexican Grill. A national chain of fast
casual, upscale, fresh Mexican restaurants, is looking to grow fast over the next couple
years...how about you?

The are now over 435 Qdoba's nationally and 10 locally.  We plan to continue our aggressive local
growth over the coming years and need managers at all levels - including regional so there is
unlimited room to grow

We're seeking talented, energetic, professional Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager
candidates that are eager to help expand our concept in the local Pittsburgh market.

Our Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory and/or management experience in a fast food or fast
casual environment preferred

An Associates Degree in business, restaurant/hotel management, or related field preferred

Accounting, fiscal, and computer proficiency, including Profit & Loss exposure and/or
responsibility

Communication skills

Growth-driven & career-oriented outlook

Hands-on management style

Positive personality (do you love the restaurant business?)

Proven job longevity

You must be able to pronounce our name, Qdoba, correctly!...(Here's a hint...Cue-Doe-Ba)
