Appraisal Coordinator I
JOB SUMMARY--
Process all incoming residential appraisal orders to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Assign incoming residential appraisal orders by locating appraiser who meets necessary qualifications, sending engagement letter, and performing necessary follow-up until signed document is received to ensure customer and legal requirements are met.

**Perform daily follow-up on all work in progress by contacting appraisers for status reports and to assist with issues to ensure appraisal is turned within established timeframes.
Service customers by resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

**Respond to incoming emails and phone calls regarding order assignments in a timely manner to ensure an efficient appraisal order process is maintained.

**Send all appraisal reports to customer for review and approval to ensure established requirements are met.

**Process appraisals that do not meet customer guidelines, invoice appraisers and customer, track appraisers turn-times to ensure an efficient appraisal order process is maintained.

**Contact appraisers to negotiate fees and obtain current license information to ensure customer and legal requirements are met.

**Participate in various department meetings to discuss and improve appraisal process.

**Provide back-up to various department functions when necessary to ensure continuation of department work-flow.

**Additional responsibilities as assigned
