Position Description - Combination of outbound/inbound calls - Review and analyze 30, 60, and 90-day delinquent accounts - Contact customers whose accounts are past due and try to solicit a payment over the phone or work out a payment plan
Qualifications - Excellent communication and phone skills necessary - Computer skills needed - Strong negotiator - Customer service experience helpful
Hours - 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (three – four days during the week) - 11:30 am – 8:30 pm (one – two days during the week) - 8:00 am – 5:00pm (Saturday with only one late night during the week and weekday off)
