Staffing Manager- Reading, PA

Summary

The Staffing Manager is responsible for building market share and revenue in the clinical staffing business through recruiting, sales, and marketing efforts in the assigned territory. The SM is also responsible for administrative duties associated with building staffing revenue. These duties include, but are not limited to, interviewing and qualifying prospective employees, taking client orders, and scheduling field employees to meet the clients needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Area Director to achieve effective management of well-planned programs; develops programs to foster recruiting and revenue and gross margin growth

Develops and executes sales plans with the assistance of the Branch Director, Area Director, and Regional Vice President

Creates sales growth opportunities by developing community relations and identifying referral sources

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: 1 year s sales or recruiting experience, preferably in the staffing/clinical industry. Should also have experience in recruiting, interviewing, qualifying and selecting applicants for various positions and in supervising and managing employees.
