The Senior Manager,Human Resources will provide HR leadership for our All-Clad Metalcrafters plant and Groupe SEB Canada in addition to the coordination of activities and projects within the Region. Theincumbent will serve as a key Business Partner to the All-Clad factory operationsunion and non-union team as well as to the Groupe SEB Canada team; by providing counsel, advice, coaching andrecommendations relating to HR matters. Specific duties include:

  • Provide day to daysupport to Operations on the development, interpretation, and administration ofCompany policies and the union contract
  • Manage a range ofactivities related to employee/labor relations and staffing functions
  • Lead sourcing andrecruiting initiatives for exempt and non-exempt, full time personnel, Co-op andtemporary employees
  • Conductnew-employee orientations; employee relations counseling, outplacementcounseling, and exit interviewing
  • Develop,coordinate, and track training for exempt and non-exempt staff 
  • Manage relationsbetween Labor and Management to maximize productivity and quality
  • Support HR sharedservices functions (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Management,HRIS, Talent Recruitment, and Training Development)
  • Manage relocation,immigration and other responsibilities related to staffing administration
  • Ensure compliancewith all state and federal discrimination and employment laws and regulations
  • Complete departmentmonthly, quarterly, and annual Company reporting



  • Bachelor's Degreein Industrial Relations or related. Master's in industrial Relations is preferred(or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7 years ofexperience managing HR and Labor Relations within a Union manufacturingenvironment (including contract administration and union negotiations)
  • Prior experience managing Canada HR aspects is a preferred plus
  • Knowledge ofapplicable state, federal, local employment/labor laws and regulations
  • Ability tocommunicate effectively across all levels within the organization
  • Strong proficiencyin Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP; Payroll & timekeepingsystems
  • Exposure in using ADPPayroll
  • Willingness to travel to our Toronto, Canada office twice a month
