Design to Value Methodologist at CNH Industrial America LLC in New Holland, PA will provide visibility to cost performance & risk by tracking, root cause identification, forecasting, & reporting cost changes across various manufacturing processes throughout the global organization. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Reqs a Bachelor's Deg in Mechanical Engg or related field, plus 5 yrs of exp as a Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related occupation. The 5 yrs of exp must include 5 yrs of exp with each of the following: engg materials & manufacturing processes to drive & facilitate cost reduction & cost avoidance initiatives; cost modeling methodology for commodities of vehicle components including castings, fabricated sheet metals, sheet metal weldments, machined parts, plastics, tubes, & hoses; maintaining parameters of cost-mgmt tools including aPriori  Costimator, or NLPP; performing cost reduction analytics & leading cost-reduction initiatives; & maintaining product cost mgmt tools & processes through implmtg continuous improvement.
