Product Development Purchasing Specialist at CNH Industrial America LLC in New Holland, PA will be responsible for the product purchasing function for multiple, concurrent new product dvlpmt prgms for our Next Generation  new Combine Harvester products. Telecommuting permitted 2 days/wk. Salary: $78,270- $114,425/yr. Reqs a Bachelor's deg in Supply Mgmt, Bus, or rltd field & 3 yrs of exp as a product purchaser, sourcing specialist, or rltd occupation. In lieu of a bachelor's deg & 3 yrs of exp, employer will accept 5 yrs of prof'l exp as a product purchaser, sourcing specialist, or rltd occupation. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/ each of the following: (1) project mgmt tools, incl MS Project or equiv; (2) product dvlpmt lifecycle & cross-functional interdependencies; (3) purchasing processes & methodologies, incl early supplier engagement, negotiation, project mgmt, manufacturing processes, & manufacturing capabilities; (4) internal manufacturing & external supplier manufacturing capabilities to influence dsgns that optimize quality & cost; (5) analyzing cost drivers, incl tech'l cost estimates, dsgn to cost, dsgn for manufacturability, & manufacturing processes & associated costs; & (6) managing & executing budget, prgm timing, quality, & cost deliverables for new & current prgms.
