SAP Development Lead Consultant

Syskoplan Reply LLC is seeking an SAP Development Lead Consultant for its Malvern, PA office.

Job Duties: Provide technical direction and guidance to project and business teams, ensuring timely delivery of project development needs. Construct technical solutions for our client’s needs in conjunction with team members. Identify business challenges presented and translate them into requirements and solutions. Analyze complex business scenarios and processes to architect innovative solutions. Perform programming, design, and testing in varying environments including process enhancements, support, and rollouts. Requires up to 25% domestic travel to company offices and client sites. Telecommuting permitted.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements: Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an SAP Development Lead Consultant, SAP Technical Manager, or a related occupation, including five years of experience in each of the following:

• SAP ABAP RAP framework for building cloud-ready business applications and extensions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• SAP form-design technologies such as SAPscript, Smart Forms, or Adobe Forms.

• Utilizing ABAP enhancements, such as User Exits, BADI, or Enhancement Spots to customize SAP systems.

• Object-oriented programing in ABAP language for SAP systems.

• Working with SAP Fiori for user experience design and modern user interfaces across devices.

• Utilizing ERP modules for programming and business processes.

• SAP ABAP and SAP BTP tools and services. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.
