Syskoplan Reply LLC is seeking an SAP Sr. PP Consultant for its Malvern, PA office.
Job Duties: Identify and implement solutions to complex business problems using SAP products. Troubleshoot and configure SAP Logistics modules including connection points with other modules and cross functional design and build of other modules. Lead fit, gap, and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into technical solutions using SAP Best Practices. Prepare clear and concise technical documentation and timely status updates. Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential technical issues. Assess impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management. Support end users from a functional and technical perspective by analyzing and reviewing technical requirements or processes and achieving their objectives. Requires up to 50% domestic and international travel to various company offices and client sites. Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer and Information Technology, or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in each of the following:
- SAP PP, PM and QM master data cleansing, harmonization, and mitigation, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
- Designing and deploying SAP S/4HANA (on-premise and public cloud) solutions, including system conversion, data migration, and Fiori enablement, with integration to 3rd-party systems (MES, CRM) using IDocs, BAPIs, and middleware.
- Configuring and customizing SAP modules (QM, PM, PP) to meet business needs, delivering functional specifications, and collaborating with ABAP teams for tailored enhancements.
- Performing requirement gathering, gap analysis, realization, testing, go-live prep, go-live execution, and hyper-care support.
- Full-cycle SAP implementations and design/build of modules.
- Conducting client workshops and on-site visits to manufacturing facilities for business process analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder alignment across business and IT teams.
In the alternative, the employer will accept seven (7) years of experience in each of the following:
- SAP PP, PM and QM master data cleansing, harmonization, and mitigation, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
- Designing and deploying SAP S/4HANA (on-premise and public cloud) solutions, including system conversion, data migration, and Fiori enablement, with integration to 3rd-party systems (MES, CRM) using IDocs, BAPIs, and middleware.
- Configuring and customizing SAP modules (QM, PM, PP) to meet business needs, delivering functional specifications, and collaborating with ABAP teams for tailored enhancements.

Any suitable combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable, as are foreign equivalent degrees.
