Must have 5 yrs recruitment agency exp w/: Identifying potential clients & driving new bus w/in multifam, affordable housing, & real estate dvlpmt sectors in NYC; Placing candidates w/ LIHTC deals & projs & bus dvlping clients who specialize in LIHTC dvlpmt. 10% domestic travel rqd to various & unanticipated co & client sites.
